Petit Pilates© in Miami: a key milestone with Polestar International

We’ve just returned from Miami, where we trained the Polestar International team in their flagship studio, alongside participants from Mexico, China, and several U.S. states.
This session marks the opening of a new international market for the Petit Pilates© Method.

This project came to life after many discussions and “Pilates Hours” webinars led with Brent Anderson, which laid the foundation for a strong collaboration and a shared vision for movement education among young people.

After completing the training, becoming a Petit Pilates© Licensee means you can immediately start teaching — in schools, after-school programs, studios, or workshops.
This hands-on approach ensures a solid understanding of the specific needs of children and teens — their pace, environment, and adaptability in every situation.
