The website www.en.petitpilates.com (hereinafter the "SITE") is the property of the company PETIT PILATES (hereinafter "PETIT PILATES").

These general conditions of use are intended to apply to any person browsing the SITE (hereinafter "the INTERNET USER" or collectively "the INTERNET USERS").
By using the SITE, the INTERNET USER expressly acknowledges being bound by these general conditions of use as defined below, accepting them and respecting them.
- Information presented on the SITE
The SITE constitutes a general presentation of the services offered by PETIT PILATES. It notably contains podcasts and an online and in-studio lesson booking service. The photographs and images present on the SITE are non-contractual.
- Links to other sites
The SITE may contain hyperlinks or point in any other way to websites or web pages administered by third parties. PETIT PILATES is in no way responsible for their content and characteristics.
The fact that PETIT PILATES offers links does not in any way imply implicit approval of the content of these sites or web pages.
In addition, PETIT PILATES draws the INTERNET USER's attention to the fact that these related sites or pages may collect personal data.
PETIT PILATES can in no way be held responsible for the practices implemented on these sites, in particular with regard to the processing of personal data. It is therefore up to the INTERNET USER to ensure the reliability of these sites and to read the confidentiality policies of each of the related sites consulted in order to understand how personal data is used and protected there.
- Guarantees and responsibilities
PETIT PILATES declines all responsibility in particular:
for any interruption of the operation of the SITE;

if one of the hypertext links referenced on the SITE were to provide content contrary to propriety and the laws in force.

- Intellectual property
Are the property of PETIT PILATES and subject to the laws governing intellectual property, in particular the layout, structure and graphic and textual elements of the SITE.
The use of the SITE does not confer any rights on INTERNET USERS. These rights remain the exclusive property of PETIT PILATES. Thus, all texts, data, logos, images, photographs, trademarks (without this list being exhaustive) reproduced on the SITE are reserved and protected by the Code of Intellectual Property, in particular copyright, the right of marks, etc Any use and/or reproduction is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable in accordance with the provisions of the said Code.
Consequently, INTERNET USERS may not under any circumstances and in any way reproduce, represent, distribute, market, license all or part of any of the elements reproduced on the SITE and all or part of the SITE in general, without prior and express agreement of PETIT PILATES.
In addition, INTERNET USERS are prohibited from making copies of the SITE without the prior authorization of PETIT PILATES. Any illicit use of all or part of the SITE may give rise to prosecution.
The creation of a link to the SITE must be subject to prior written authorization from PETIT PILATES.
- Personal data
Type of data collected:
The personal data collected and subsequently processed by PETIT PILATES are those that INTERNET USERS voluntarily transmit via the forms available on the PETIT PILATES SITE.
This may include, but is not limited to, the following information:
Contact form: Last name, first name, email address, telephone.
Subscription to the SITE newsletter: Email address only.
Purposes of collecting personal data:
INTERNET USERS authorize PETIT PILATES to save this personal information in a PETIT PILATES file, with a view to receiving the PETIT PILATES newsletter or for the purposes of requests for prices or requests for services, as the case may be and the request made in the form.
Transmission of data to third parties:
The data collected may be, insofar as it proves necessary for the purposes set out above, transmitted to the service providers of PETIT PILATES (IT service providers, hosts, etc.) in order to respond favorably to the requests of the INTERNET USER.

The right to be informed about the processing to which their personal data gives rise;
The right to obtain information relating to the processing of the personal data managed by PETIT PILATES and all information allowing to know and, if necessary, contest the logic which governs the processing of said data;
The right to obtain a copy of the personal data concerning them;
The right to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data concerning them which may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete;
The right to the portability of their data.

If the INTERNET USER considers that PETIT PILATES does not respect its obligations with regard to his personal data, he is reminded that he can address a complaint or a request to the competent authority.

- Applicable law, jurisdiction
The operation and use of the SITE are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning in particular the use or content of the SITE, the INTERNET USER is informed that he may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge, after the failure of an attempt at amicable settlement directly with PETIT PILATES, in accordance with the provisions of the consumer code.
