The Petit Pilates© method
The Petit Pilates© method introduces children to anatomy, functional analysis of movement and its application in space. It was designed for children by Pilates professionals who are in contact with them in their work.
Empowering the development of the child at all levels
The Petit Pilates© method adapts to the different phases of physical and psychological development from child to adolescent, while keeping in mind the uncertainties in the life of a growing person whose body is in perpetual transformation.
The Petit Pilates© method is suitable for children of any age:
Children from 3 to 6 years old are introduced to a structured and active life.
Children from 6 to 10 years old learn how to take preventive action for postural stability, especially during more intense sport activity.
Teens ages 12-16 develop good posture for life.
