Laura Kosinski
Certified Petit Pilates Instructor
-
Laura runs the Kysko studios in Geneva and teaches mat and machine Pilates.
After several years behind a desk, my desire to deepen my passion for Pilates led me to follow training in 2017, leading to the opening of my own studio. Working mainly with adults, their extremely positive feedback regarding their well-being following our Pilates classes motivates me to pursue this enriching path with children and adolescents.
“In 2022, the arrival of my daughter made me aware of the needs of children in terms of developing good posture and knowing their body. It was quite natural that I chose to train in the Petit Pilates Method, with the aim of helping future generations to better understand and become aware of their body, thus promoting lasting well-being throughout their life. “
