Understanding of Petit Pilates© tools.
Validation of the training During the training, various tests and quizzes will be required to verify the acquisition of certain theoretical or practical parts covered. These assessments will allow the instructors to review the trainees' progress during the course. At the end of the training, a final test will evaluate the global competence level in order to issue an End of Training Certificate. This certificate will indicate if all key points of the training are "acquired," "in the process of acquisition," or "not acquired." Consequently, catch-up modules for these points will be proposed to trainees within a maximum period of one year after the initial training.
Qualitative evaluation of the training Measures the global satisfaction of trainees regarding organization, reception conditions, pedagogical qualities of the instructors, as well as the methods, means, and supports used. Feedback is analyzed to continuously improve pedagogical engineering.
