Courses on the Petit Pilates© method for Schools
The principal goal of the Petit Pilates© Method for Schools courses is to train schoolteachers who want to integrate a culture of well-being into their teaching on a daily basis, within the school environment. This training enriches their teaching in order to respond to problems of concentration, hyperactivity (ADHD), management of emotions and poor posture, with the aim of anchoring practices oriented around “well-being and concentration” in the daily routine at school.

pre-school, primary and secondary.
Courses on the Petit Pilates© method for Schools are intended for teachers at the pre-school, primary and secondary levels.
Day training – 8h. Alternating between theory and practical aspects, in a workshop format. Includes a complete MAD training booklet of e-learning resources. Training supervised by Pilates trainers and professionals.

Petit Pilates© is a professional training centre, registered with the regional service of the Ministry of Labour (Direccte) under number 84740409674.
Most OPCOs (Fongecif, Afdas, Unifaf, ANFH, Agefos, Agefice, FIFPL, Uniformation, Forco, etc.) can fund trainees.

Why follow a course on the Petit Pilates© method for Schools?
These courses aim to train future instructors to carry out their tasks autonomously. They seek to provide the knowledge and skills to design and conduct group learning sessions based on the Petit Pilates© method, and to evaluate the impact on students (e.g., motor, methodologies, concentration, etc.).
The courses teach participants technical movements, and provide an education in temporo-spatial, tonic and sensory-motor posture.
